Pedestrians will have noted that over the last few months contractors have been busy at Paco Tapas restaurant building a new replacement wooden wall structure, with built-in benches that have comfortable cushions for the benches.
Paco Tapas also have had made beautiful oak tops for the old Tio Pepe sherry casks which just adds a great feel to the place. There is even a special table of two combined casks with a single oak table-top for large groups.
Work is in hand to replace the old Pizza Restaurant as an extension from Paco and the old pizza oven will be removed.
