The planning officer’s report includes the condition: ‘All of the works (the 3 signs) approved under this application on a temporary basis, shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition on or before 31.05.2022. If all of the flats are sold prior to 31.05.2022 then the signs must be removed at this earlier point.’ The applicant claims that there are 21 apartments left to sell.
