Batala drums at the Ostrich

Batala Bristol , the Samba reggae and street drumming group, have been performing live outside the Ostrich Inn over the August bank holiday weekend.

Samba is the sound of the Brazilian carnival and samba reggae is a style from the north-eastern Brazilian state of Bahia. They brought a carnival spirit to Bathurst Basin.
